Jessica Martin is Director, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations at Upskill, an enterprise augmented reality software startup. Prior to joining Upskill, she was Director, Global Demand Generation and Digital Marketing at Oracle where she led all campaign strategy, development and execution for the Energy and Utilities business unit. She joined Oracle through the acquisition of Opower in 2016. Her career in marketing has spanned both the professional services and tech industries. This experience sparked her interest and passion in bringing more diversity to the tech sector and making STEM education more accessible. Jessica graduated from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business with her MBA in 2013, and also received her BA in Communications from Elizabethtown College. She currently serves on the board of Urban Ed and is a member of the Marketing & Communications committee.
