He has 20+ years of experience across the public and private sectors with a focus on cybersecurity and cloud engineering.

A longtime Washington, D.C. resident, Eugene is committed to practical, high-ROI training that moves people into good tech jobs and helps them advance quickly. As a board member at UrbanEd, he brings hands-on leadership in employer-aligned curricula and outcomes measurement to open durable tech careers for D.C. residents.

Eugene holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School (HBS).
