Donald DePass

Donald DePass is counsel at Hogan Lovells, where he helps innovative organizations protect and manage health data and other sensitive information.  In a rapidly developing landscape, he provides pragmatic solutions to help address complex privacy, data security, and consumer protection challenges, including with respect to sophisticated and emerging technologies, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, and digital health products.  Donald also maintains an active pro bono practice and co-leads a program designed to educate children about their digital footprints and how best to manage them.  Donald graduated from Duke University with a degree in Public Policy studies and received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
