Ibraheem Majek serves as Urban Ed’s Systems Administrator helping to manage several IT projects that directly impact the organization’s mission and vision. He is part of the tech team that develops, designs, migrates and maintains the critical technologies of Urban Ed. As a System Administrator, Ibraheem’s professional experience stems from maintaining cloud infrastructure (SAAS/PAAS) with end-users, onboarding platforms, providing assistance with company IT operations and system integration. Ibraheem has over 10 years of experience in the administrative and overall business industry, his background focuses on cultivating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise, managing multiple IT projects, and providing IT technical resolutions. Ibraheem is a resourceful System Administrator who consistently responds to a wide range of technical challenges with focus and creative approaches. Ibraheem is certified in Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he obtained multiple certifications as a student of Urban Ed. He is now also Salesforce certified and astute in Microsoft flows, SQL and PowerApps. Ibraheem studied business administration at the University of Maryland College Park and is a graduate of Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business.
